Just a short time ago a report arrived that stated Pixar had chose to name their past unnamed dinosaur project Frozen. The only issue is that the information didn't make a lot of sense. The film is about a realm in which dinosaurs weren't murdered by a big asteroid and continued on to co-exists with humans. The only way that Frozen would match in with that is if the film were placed during the Ice Ace, but that would be a bit questionable looking at the one of the most popular cartoon franchises going is about just that. So the most latest information that has appeared makes a lot more sense.

Seems that Frozen isn't a Pixar film in any way, but instead a new, perhaps 2D-animated, movie out of Walt Disney Animation. The dilemma comes  actuality that the new project is established to be launched on November 27th, 2013, which was the old launch date for the dinosaur film. In fact, Frozen is an version of Hans Christian Anderson’s The Snow Queen, which the studio has been attempting to get made for years now without any success. The 2D animation thing is up in the air, as the site's source a short while ago replied to asking about the format by stating, “Don’t put your name to that…not quite yet.”

In this instance the name Frozen makes perfect sense. Furthermore to the fact that "Snow" and "Frozen" are two words that match nicely, Disney taken a similar move in 2010 for Tangled. So in essence we find out that the Pixar dinosaur film is still developing, but doesn't have a name, while Disney is producing a cool new project named Frozen.
