Description
Winter comes to town and Wally wants to go out of the zoo again. Mr.
Twiddles tries to stop a skating Wally and they both dance at an ice
show. Wally wanders off and becomes frozen solid. A professor finds the
frozen Wally and thinks he is a unknown creature.
